Hi! I'm Haley
I’m a curious mix of therapist and lifelong learner who enjoys helping people sort through life’s complexities with warmth and a bit of humor. I hold a master’s degree in clinical social work and have worked in the mental health field since 2014. I work with children, teens, and adults, especially where mental health, neurodevelopmental differences, and disability intersect.
I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients can explore new ways of understanding themselves, build practical skills, and navigate life in ways that feel meaningful and sustainable. People often describe me as warm, playful, and direct, and my therapeutic approach reflects that. I also believe the relationship built in therapy is an important part of the process, and I value creating a collaborative and supportive space for the clients and families I work with.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, watching movies (there’s usually a Disney one in the mix), getting outdoors, and trying new restaurants: small things that remind me how important connection and curiosity are in everyday life.
